Ad-Hoc Support (£35 per hour)
This option gives you support as and when you need it with no on-going commitment. Hours can be purchased on an ad-hoc basis to cover the hours that you require support from me. There are no minimum hours, you can buy as little as 1 hour.
Monthly Retainer Package (£30 per hour)
Retainers are perfect for you if you require a specific number of hours per month. This gives you the benefit of my undivided attention guaranteed for that month with priority assistance.
HR Ad-Hoc Support (£45 per hour)

HR Monthly Retainer Package (£40 per hour)
A HR retainer package is perfect for you if you require a specific number of HR hours per month. This gives you the benefit of my undivided attention guaranteed for that month with priority assistance.
Everything Else + HR Package (£35.00 per hour)
This package is for someone who mainly wants to use me for Personal, General and Finance Administration but also wants to use my HR services occasionally each month. If I am spending less than 50% of the agreed monthly allocated hours (for example, you have purchased 10 hours per month and 4 of them are spent on HR Admin, whilst the other 6 are spent on Personal Admin), the hourly retainer rate will be £35.00 per hour.
HR + Everything Else Package (£37.50 per hour)
This package is for someone who will mainly be using my HR services each month with the addition of Personal, General and Finance Administration. If I am spending more than 50% of the allocated monthly allowance on HR duties, (for example, you have purchased 10 hours per month and 6 of those hours are to be spent on HR Admin), the monthly retainer rate will be £37.50 per hour.

If you have a project piece of work you wish to discuss with me, I would love to chat! I will schedule a free discovery call with you where we can go through the project and share ideas on how I can support you. After the discovery call, I will go away, consider the conversation and come back to you with a quote for the project.
Projects Terms & Conditions:
All projects are subject to my standard contract terms and conditions that you will receive and sign before we commence any work together. I take 50% upfront and 50% upon completion of the project.
Monthly Retainer Terms & Conditions:
I ask for a minimum of 10 hours per month. I will work on an on-going monthly basis with a 1-month written notice from either party. Any extra hours you consume over and above our agreed monthly amount are charged at the retainer rate. Any unused hours in a month due to holiday for example can be rolled forward to the next month. Monthly retainers are purchased in advance of any services rendered with a 7-day payment term. I am able to track my time using a system called Toggle, or I can use whatever time tracking system you require me to use.
