What’s the difference between ad-hoc hours and the monthly retainer package?
The ad-hoc hourly charge is good for those looking for a couple of hours worth of tasks that they need my support with. This could be one-off or you just need me to do 1-2 hours of work a week for you. These types of tasks (anything under 10 hours a month) are charged at my ad-hoc hourly rate.
Monthly retainer packages are great if you have recurring and on-going admin/ support tasks that you need me to help you with every month for example, email, inbox and diary management. So for anything over 10 hours a month can be taken as a retainer package at an hourly rate, which will save you money. Contact me for prices.

What systems do you use?
I am pretty flexible when it comes to the systems I can adapt to your systems, processes, and ways of working if you wish. Or we can discuss what you have in place and if it isn't working for you, we can look at upgrading/replacing which I can also help with.

What’s the process of signing up and working with you?
First, you will need to fill in the Contact Me Form with some basic details of what you are looking for. Then I will send you a link to book in a free no-obligation discovery call where we will discuss all your needs, the process of working together and how I can support you.If you are happy and would like to proceed, I will send you a proposal, followed by a contract to be signed and the first invoice (if you opt for one of the retainer packages).
Once formalities have been taken care of, we can agree on a start date. I will send you a welcome pack with a small questionnaire to fill out which helps me gather some more technical information from you such as passwords/logins/ access etc to your systems and processes so that we can start working together.
